Duratec / MZR 164mm Trigger Wheel Crankshaft Pulley (D069)

Crankshaft pulley for Ford Duratec HE and Mazda MZR engines fitted with the larger 164mm trigger wheel.

The main use for this pulley is to allow our D016 Duratec RWD Alternator Kit to be used on engines fitted with the 164mm trigger-wheel arrangement.

• Commonly applicable to many 2.5L engines and some 2.3L engines
• Allows the Retroford D016 alternator kit to be used with 164mm trigger-wheel engines
• Suitable whether the original 164mm engine is fitted with a twin 4PK or single 6PK crank pulley arrangement

Later Duratec and MZR engines were supplied with several different crank pulley arrangements. Some 164mm trigger-wheel engines use a twin 4PK bottom pulley, while others use a single 6PK pulley.

The important fitment check for the D069 pulley is the trigger-wheel diameter. If your engine uses the 164mm trigger wheel, the D069 pulley provides the single 6PK pulley arrangement required for use with our D016 RWD Alternator Kit.

Important: Please physically measure your existing trigger wheel before ordering. Do not select this pulley from engine capacity, vehicle model or original belt arrangement alone, as Duratec and MZR engines were produced in several different configurations.
