Ford Zetec to Mazda Gearbox Hydraulic Release Bearing Kit (MX5-002)

Only suitable for the five speed N7 Mazda MX5 gearbox.
Replaces original external slave cylinder and arm.
Kit includes Retroford extended spigot bearing (MX5-003), concentric release bearing, aluminium adaptor boss and bolts (extended spigot bearing ensures full engagement of the first motion shaft).
Removal of original release bearing carrier tube required (please see product photos for details).
Designed to be used with a Pinto style clutch cover.
Must be used with 625 (5/8″) master cylinder (if you use a master cylinder larger than a.625 (5/8″) it will result in failure of the bearing seals).
Compatible with Retroford Cortina bias pedal boxes (BC007).
The coaxial design of the slave cylinder provides a lighter pedal feel compared to traditional cable type clutch setups.
