MK1 Cortina Pre X-Flow / X-Flow Rack and Pinion Engine Mount Kit (XF001*G)

For use with Retroford Rack and Pinion steering kits only.
Allows you to mount a Pre X-Flow or X-Flow engine in your MK1 Cortina. Note when using mounts with a pre-X-Flow you must use the additional spacer plate, this spacer plate is not required for X-Flow engines.
Powder-coated finish.
Kit includes all fitting hardware.

Please note:

• Not suitable for cars with a Steering Box.
• You will have to use a 711M Rear Drop MK1 / MK2 Escort sump when using these mounts.
• When used in conjunction with the Retroford Rack and Pinion steering kit the engine will move approx. 35mm further back in the engine bay compared to its original position, this will also move the gearbox further back which will mean that the Gearbox Mount, Gearstick hole and Prop Shaft will need to be modified to suit.
