MK1 / MK2 Cortina 2.5″ Zetec Repackable Exhaust System (CE002-63)

Available exclusively from Retroford.
Designed for MK1 and MK2 Cortinas (Please note this is not a direct fit for a MK2 Cortina, as such you would need to modify the hanging brackets on the car to be able to mount this exhaust system. See last additional image).
Can be used on lowered or standard cars.
This exhaust closely follows the contours of the floor of the car which maximises ground clearance.
Single box system features a repackable silencer.
Suitable for Cortinas with the Retroford Rack and Pinion steering kit or the original Ford Steering box setup.
Will fit LHD and RHD cars.
There is no need to drill any holes to fit the exhaust as the fitting kit uses the existing mounting points of the car. Please select below if a Fitting Kit is required.
The tailpipe exits in the same place as the original exhaust system, so it matches the contours of the standard rear valance.
Fit on cars with Anti-Tramp Bar setups.
Features a 460mm silencer which gives a nice a subtle exhaust note, unlike some other cheaper stainless steel exhaust systems that can give a tinny/raspy exhaust note. Click here to hear the exhaust in action.

Suitable for cars with or without standard petrol tanks.
Can be used with any engine that has the exhaust manifold on the passenger side (RHD cars) i.e. Zetec, Pre-X/Fow, and X/Flow (suitable adaptor may be required for Pre-X/Fow and X/Flow (Please note if you are not using a Retroford CE003-63 MK1/2 Cortina Zetec Exhaust Manifold with this exhaust then you may need to modify the Exhaust Manifold outlet or the Exhaust System hangers to get them to match up).
