SPAX G364 Height & Damping Adjustable Rear Shock Absorbers – Mk1 Lotus Cortina A-Frame (Pair)

SPAX height and damping adjustable rear shock absorbers specifically designed for the early Mk1 Lotus Cortina fitted with the A-frame rear suspension system.

These are the correct specialist rear dampers for the early A-frame Lotus Cortina and should not be confused with the conventional rear shock absorbers used on later leaf-sprung Lotus Cortina models.

In addition to SPAX’s on-car adjustable damping, the G364 features an adjustable rear spring platform, allowing the rear ride height to be altered to suit the vehicle setup. Ride height adjustment is carried out using a threaded sleeve, adjustable spring seat and locking ring.

The damping can also be adjusted with the shock absorbers fitted to the car, allowing the rear suspension characteristics to be tuned for road, fast-road or competition use without removing the dampers.

Important: The G364 is specifically intended for Mk1 Lotus Cortina models using the early A-frame rear suspension arrangement. If your car has the later conventional leaf-spring rear suspension, these are not the correct rear dampers.
