Zetec Black Top Billet Oil Pump Gear / Rotor (Z102)

The OE spec Oil Pump Gear is fine for standard Zetec engines but this component can fail when used in modified Zetec engines, the original OE spec Oil Pump Gear is made from Cast Sintered Steel and as such can fail at high RPM and due to rapid changes in RPM (both low and high) in modified engines.

Retroford now offer an EN24 Billet Steel Oil Pump Gear that has been specifically designed to withstand the extra stresses and forces exerted on it in modified Zetec engines, the Oil Pump Gear also has a micromachined surface finish which increases part life, reduces wear and gives closer tolerances.

This part is a direct replacement for original Ford Oil Pump Gear so can be fitted to used and brand new oil pumps.

For use with genuine ford oil pumps ONLY

Suitable for Normally Aspirated, Turbo and Supercharged engines.

Will fit 1.8L and 2.0L Blacktop engines and ST170 engines only, not suitable for Silvertop engines.
